"Felt a bit misled by the selection"
I was expecting way more to choose from based on how it was presented, so I felt kind of misled when I actually looked around. The selection was really small and boring.

"Delivery took longer than I was comfortable with"
My order ended up taking way longer to arrive than I expected, and the lack of clear updates made it frustrating. I kept checking because I didn’t want to miss anything or end up with no record of what was going on. It did arrive eventually, but I’d be careful ordering again unless I had plenty of time to wait.

"Stuff showed up leaking everywhere"
Yeah, this was a mess when it got here. The bottle leaked all over the place and the box was totally soggy. Not gonna lie, annoying to open up a package and find everything all messed up like that.

"Return process was exactly the hassle I expected"
I had a feeling the return would be annoying, this pretty much confirmed it. I sent everything back like I was supposed to, and I’m still waiting on my refund weeks later. Just a frustrating headache all around.

"Confusing emails and no real response from support"
I reached out to customer service about my issue and still haven’t gotten a proper reply. What makes it more confusing is that the email says one thing, but then nothing actually happens or gets explained. I’ve been waiting and it feels like they’re just ignoring me at this point.

"Didn’t really seem legit to me"
I ordered from laladaisy.com, something just felt off when it arrived. The packaging didn’t look quite right, and the product wasn’t what I was expecting. I can’t say for sure, but it didn’t feel authentic to me, so I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"I ordered a dress that was listed as..."
I ordered a dress that was listed as in stock, and then after the order went through they told me it was actually on backorder. I waited weeks with almost no updates, only for them to cancel it in the end. It was especially frustrating because I needed it for an event and had already planned around it. the whole thing made me feel like they’re more focused on taking orders and holding onto the sale than actually making sure they can fulfill them. I wouldn’t order from here again.

"Am I the only one who went..."
Am I the only one who went to LaLa Daisy because the discount banner made it seem like there was actually a solid deal waiting? I thought I was about to save a decent amount.

But once I got to checkout, the promo code either wouldn’t work, or the total jumped up with shipping and extra fees, so the discount basically disappeared. I tried a couple of codes and it just got frustrating.

Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me the promotions felt misleading. I ended up leaving without buying anything, and now I’m not sure I’d trust the site again.

"The tracking was not much help. It sat..."
The tracking was not much help. It sat on the same update for days, and then magically changed right after I emailed them. My order did show up in the end, but not knowing where it was made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be. I also don’t really buy the polished “your order is on its way” type messages when the tracking isn’t actually updating.

"Cute pieces, but the price gave me pause"
I ordered from laladaisy.com because a few things caught my eye, and they did look cute when they arrived. The quality wasn’t bad or anything, but for the price, I guess I was expecting a little more. It’s the kind of stuff that looks nice, but doesn’t really make you feel like you scored a great find.

Shipping was fine and the order came without any drama, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience. I just probably wouldn’t pay full price again. If there’s a really good sale, maybe, but otherwise I’d probably keep looking around.

"Frustrating to use on my phone"
I tried browsing laladaisy.com on my phone, and for me it just felt more frustrating than it needed to be. The pages were slow to load, and a few buttons didn’t seem to respond when I tapped them, which made the whole thing feel a bit clunky.
The menu also kept shifting around while I was trying to look through products, and the filters didn’t feel very easy to use. I personally like shopping on my phone when things are quick and simple, but I kept having to backtrack just to find items I had already seen.

Checkout was where I finally gave up. I wasn’t really sure what step I was on or what I needed to do next, and at that point I didn’t feel confident continuing. Maybe it works better on desktop, but on mobile it wasn’t a good experience for me.

"In the end, I was disappointed..."
In the end, I was disappointed. The box showed up crushed, and the item inside wasn’t wrapped very well at all. It kind of looked like it had been packed in a hurry, which isn’t really what I expect when ordering something online.

"Nothing Was ACTUALLY in Stock"
I was frustrated because it looked like there were items available, but once I tried to buy anything, everything was sold out. Like, EVERYTHING. Definitely not the experience I was expecting.
